Maisonette refurbishment, Poole
A full refurbishment of a maisonette, with structural alterations to extend into the loft and add a bedroom and en suite. The build was run through our project management system from start to finish.
The Lodge, Dorset
A new lodge built in structural insulated panels. We are carrying the project from the full design, including the interior design and specification, through preconstruction and into project management on site.
Cob cottage refurbishment, Verwood
A cob cottage refurbishment with wider development potential. We are working to a strict scope, maximising the value of the existing property whilst keeping build costs low, as we progress the wider planning permission.
New house, Verwood
A new house on the same site as the cob cottage refurbishment. The concept design is complete and the planning application is being prepared.
Extension and refurbishment, Bournemouth
A pre-tender review for a high-end house: part demolition, a 70 square metre single storey extension, structural alterations and a full refurbishment. Planning was granted and the preliminary building regulations and structural drawings were done.
The roadmap found twelve items to close before tender, from the existing drainage and soakaway design to temporary works, asbestos and the party wall, each with a recommendation and an action.
